Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HireCommand (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

HireCommand is an AI-native applicant tracking system that lets employers create branded careers pages, screen and rank candidates, and streamline hiring. Candidates can apply for jobs, submit résumés, and answer questions through the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for all activity under it.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
  • Harvest or collect the personal data of other users
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit fake applications or spam

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by HireCommand. You retain ownership of content you upload (job descriptions, résumés, media). By uploading content, you grant us a license to host and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
